24 hours before the race, we invite you to join in a guided session of gentle running for about 20 minutes long along the Meloneras boulevard to calm your pre-race nerves.
Activating and stretching your muscles is the objective of this last, gentle warm-up with no pressure before the big day, ending in a breakfast to regain strength.
